MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT 

Sakura Hall v0.2.4 will have a new version nearly ready for release.

Here are some updates on why the project had a two-year hiatus:

TL;DR: Pix Studios disbanded its team, and currently, there’s only one developer left—me.

I’ve decided to continue from where things were left off. The Unity transfer has been postponed, and I might pursue developing the game using Ren’Py instead.

• - Mini-Games Added (I tried to remake the mini-games originally made in Unity, but some weren’t possible to replicate in Ren’Py.)

Sakura Hall jumped from v0.1.3 to v0.2.4 due to the many updates we’ve added and the release we initially planned—but kept postponing because of the change in game engine. As a result, the main storyline update is now almost at the end of Chapter 1.

I’m also planning to add side stories for each of the girls, giving more depth to their characters.

To be honest, I’m considering toning down the NSFW focus. Instead, I’d like to explore a different direction—possibly adding a mystery genre, which fits well with the new dialogue and story elements introduced. That said, the game will still contain nudity and sexual language, just with a more balanced focus moving forward.

I hope you understand why Sakura Hall had stopped posting updates for a while. I truly appreciate your patience.

I’ll be back with a new update very soon! Just to give you some peace of mind—the game is almost ready. All that’s left is bug testing, fixing any possible issues, and proofreading the storyline before I can release the new version.
